Yext Compliance and Ethics Hotline

Yext is committed to acting ethically at all times and in compliance with applicable laws. Each of us makes a wide range of business and ethical decisions every day at Yext. As a company we are committed to ensuring that these decisions comply with the letter and spirit of the law and are ethically above reproach.

We are committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation -- not the exception. With that in mind, all employees must review the Yext Code of Conduct on a routine basis. You are also encouraged to approach your supervisor, HR representative, or Legal if you have any questions or believe a violation of Yext’s policies may have occurred. If, for any reason, you are not comfortable raising an issue directly with a supervisor, HR representative, or Legal, Yext has partnered with EthicsPoint to set up the Yext Compliance and Ethics Hotline which allows you to report suspected issues such as fraud, abuse or misconduct by either calling a toll-free number or by submitting a web-based report through this portal. Both reporting methods are collectively referred to as the Yext Compliance and Ethics Hotline.

This secure and independent reporting system provides:

  • Confidential and/or anonymous reporting
  • 24-hour access
  • Telephone and online reporting options
  • Telephone translators that can speak multiple languages
  • The ability to follow-up on your concerns via an online portal

Yext will take appropriate action to address good faith concerns filed through the Yext Compliance and Ethics Hotline. If you choose to report anonymously, please provide sufficient details so that Yext can fully investigate the issues and can assess whether any inappropriate conduct has occurred. Employees who submit reports in good faith are assured they may do so without fear of retaliation.

If you have any questions, please contact the General Counsel gc@yext.com.

PLEASE NOTE: A call or a web-based report to the Yext Compliance and Ethics Hotline will be routed initially to EthicsPoint, an independent third-party provider/host for the Yext Compliance and Ethics Hotline. The issue will then be promptly forwarded by EthicsPoint to the competent Yext representative for review and investigation. For more information on EthicsPoint and reporting, please review the FAQs.

For more information regarding the use of the Yext Compliance and Ethics Hotline in the country where you are employed, please go to the Yext Start Site and refer to the applicable country specific Hotline Policy.
